2.2 Geographic Restrictions
kaj9's services apply to specific regions. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws in their region. If online betting is legally prohibited in your region, you must refrain from using this platform.
2.3 Prohibited Persons
The following persons may not create or use an account on kaj9:
- Those under 21 years of age
- Those who have voluntarily activated Self-Exclusion
- Those whose accounts have previously been permanently closed
- Those operating an account on behalf of another member
Account Rules
Terms for Creating and Managing an Account
3.1 Registration and Accuracy
To create an account on kaj9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed immediately and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.
3.2 Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless it can be proven that a third party accessed the account without your permission.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
kaj9 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for security and fraud prevention. We may request the following documents at any time:
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account
- Proof of the mobile number used on the account
kaj9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kaj9 currently supports only the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
- Nagad — Mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
Funds sent by any method other than those listed above will not be accepted and may not be refundable.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), applicable for all methods. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
You may only deposit from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
Withdrawals must be requested using the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing time: generally within 1 hour.
4.4 Fraud Prevention
If suspicious financial transactions are detected, kaj9 may hold withdrawals and temporarily close the account for investigation. Any account involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be permanently closed.
Bonuses and Promotions
Terms for Welcome Bonus and Other Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
kaj9 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳18,000
This bonus applies only once, at the time of the first successful deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined amount of deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If abuse of the bonus system is detected by kaj9 (such as collecting bonuses from multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, etc.), kaj9 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and all winnings earned from that bonus.
All promotional offers apply to legitimate recreational play. Bonuses may not apply to professional betting strategies or syndicate play.

6.1 Fair Play
kaj9 has implemented technical measures to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. All casino games are verifiable and follow fair play principles.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, server problem, or disconnection, kaj9 reserves the right to void the result at that time and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings generated from faulty software will be considered void.
6.3 Automation and Software Prohibited
The use of any bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage in play is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
6.4 Sports Betting
For sports betting, kaj9 reserves the right to set, change, or withdraw betting limits on any market or event. Participation in match fixing or any illegal activity may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
VIP Program Terms
Terms for Cashback and Loyalty Rewards
7.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback
kaj9 offers four VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — Up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum — Up to 0.8% cashback per week
Cashback is calculated every Monday and automatically credited to eligible members' accounts. Cashback bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements.
7.2 Tier Advancement
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play on the platform. The process for advancing to each tier is determined at kaj9's discretion. kaj9 reserves the right to change or cancel VIP program benefits at any time.
